Customers may provide confidential business information such as source code, product plans, intellectual property, technical documents, credentials, internal files, and marketing strategies. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need the information to perform the services.

Do not send medical records, biometric identifiers, government identity records, banking passwords, complete card data, investment-account information, or other highly sensitive regulated information unless it is necessary, Launchieve has expressly agreed to receive it, and appropriate contractual and security measures have been arranged.
