Service Delivery and Fulfilment Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
Operator: Zenith Flow Tech, Inc., operating the Launchieve brand
Launchieve provides digitally delivered professional services. This Policy explains when work starts, expected delivery methods, customer responsibilities, and how delays and acceptance are handled.
1. Technical Launch Audit
Work begins after payment, completed intake, required project information, necessary links or access, and any agreed confidentiality process are complete.
The normal delivery target is four to five business days after all required information and access have been received.
Deliverables may include a digital technical audit report, prioritized findings, risk identification, recommendations, launch-readiness guidance, next steps, and a consultation or walkthrough call.
2. GTM Launch Audit
Work begins after payment, onboarding, and receipt of required product and business information. Requested information may include product links, pricing, audience details, competitors, brand materials, messaging, analytics, screenshots, user flows, and current marketing information.
The normal delivery target is approximately five business days after all required information has been received.
Deliverables may include a digital report, positioning, pricing, messaging, customer-journey and conversion findings, go-to-market recommendations, a launch roadmap, and a consultation or walkthrough call.
3. Development and Complete My App Services
Work begins after scope approval, payment of the required deposit or initial milestone, and receipt of required files, access, content, documentation, and credentials.
Delivery time depends on the project. Small fixes may take several business days. Larger websites, applications, migrations, integrations, or software-development projects may take several weeks or months. The estimated schedule is provided before work begins and may be revised for approved scope changes or dependencies.
Deliverables may be provided through a source-code repository, staging or production deployment, cloud storage, email, design files, technical documentation, app-store submission, hosting access, or project-management software.
4. Creative and Marketing Services
Creative and marketing work may begin after payment, onboarding, account access, brand materials, content requirements, and necessary approvals are complete.
Deliverables may include graphic designs, edited videos, campaign setup, advertising creative, email campaigns, content calendars, marketing assets, reports, or customer-support assistance. Frequency and timing depend on the agreed scope.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete project information.
- Provide lawful access to websites, applications, code repositories, hosting, domains, APIs, analytics, advertising accounts, email systems, and other required platforms.
- Provide content, brand materials, product information, documentation, feedback, and approvals on time.
- Maintain backups of important customer-controlled data and systems.
- Confirm ownership of or permission to use supplied materials.
- Use temporary or limited credentials where practical and revoke access when no longer needed.
6. Delays and Dependencies
Delivery schedules are extended by customer delays, changed requirements, missing information, incorrect credentials, lack of access, third-party outages, platform review, external approval processes, or events outside Launchieve’s reasonable control.
Launchieve is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, app stores, hosting providers, ad networks, search engines, APIs, domain registrars, cloud providers, software vendors, no-code tools, AI-assisted development platforms, or other third parties.
7. Revisions and Scope Changes
Corrections necessary to match the approved development scope are included. New features, redesigned flows, new integrations, changed requirements, or expanded deliverables are additional work.
Audit services include reasonable clarification and factual correction. Creative deliverables include one reasonable revision round unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may require an additional fee and timeline adjustment.
8. Completion and Acceptance
An audit is complete when the report is delivered and any included walkthrough call has occurred or been made available for scheduling.
A development project is complete when the agreed scope is delivered, material scope-related defects are addressed, and the customer accepts the work or does not report a material scope-related issue within seven business days after delivery.
A project does not remain open indefinitely because the customer does not provide approval, feedback, content, or access.
9. Monthly Hours
Unless otherwise stated in writing, unused monthly service hours expire at the end of the applicable billing period and do not roll over.
10. No Guaranteed Outcome
Delivery of services does not guarantee revenue, sales, leads, conversion rates, advertising performance, traffic, rankings, downloads, app-store approval, payment-provider approval, customer acquisition, or investment returns.
